Appleton™ Contender™ CPS Factory Sealed 20 Amp Pin and Sleeve Receptacles
Appleton™ Contender™ CPS Factory Sealed 20 Amp Pin and Sleeve Receptacles are ideal for use with stationary or portable electrically operated devices in environments where damp or corrosive conditions exist and where ignitable vapors or gases are present. These explosionproof, pin and sleeve receptacles provide delayed action construction, and meet all UL requirements for ground fault protection in hazardous locations when the GFCI cover is used. Both the plug and receptacle are supplied with pressure terminal connectors. The CPP plug has a mechanical cable clamp to prevent strain on cables; they meet or exceed UL strain relief pull-out requirements. Simple to operate, insert the CPP to first stop, move Slide-Lok™ slide to the right and push plug fully forward to energize.
