ECS CEC Selector Switch Control Stations
Appleton™ ECS CEC Selector Switch Control Stations are available in either Factory Sealed or Non-Factory Sealed models designed to provide explosionproof and dust-ignitionproof protection. Factory sealed control stations confine the arcing to the devices within the enclosure, eliminating the need for adding external sealing fittings at each conduit entry. They feature accurately tapped, tapered hubs for tight, rigid joints and ground continuity. These control stations are ideal for use in classified areas where flammable vapors, gases or highly combustible dusts are present. A variety of push buttons and selector switches are available for use in conjunction with contactors or magnetic starters for remote control of motors. They provide circuit control and/or selection. Pilot lights are available to provide visual assurance that an electrical function is being performed at a remote or local location. Toggle switches are used to connect or disconnect electrical operating lighting or other low power loads.
