Appleton™ ACSEW Cast Control Centers and Operators
Appleton™ ACSEW Cast Control Centers and Operators ensure application flexibility. They allow you to combine a variety of buttons, switches, and pilot device combinations into one control center and include a window option. They are ideal for use in indoor, outdoor, wet, or corrosive environments where hazardous materials are handled or stored. These explosionproof, dust-ignitionproof enclosures are designed with a precision machined flame path between the box and the cover. An O-ring gasket is provided to seal out moisture, dust, oil, dirt etc. All enclosures feature an external flange which maximizes internal space and a wall thickness which is suitable for a minimum of five full threads. They are designed with bolt on stainless steel slotted mounting feet for either horizontal or vertical mounting. The cover features a flexible hinge mounting for either the left or right side as standard on all boxes 12 x 12 x 06 and larger. The ACSEW offers a wide range of drilled and tapped outlets to accommodate different application requirements.
