Appleton™ AEB Series Bolted Motor Starters and Contactors
Appleton™ AEB Series Bolted Motor Starters and Contactors provide disconnecting means, undervoltage protection, circuit protection, and motor running protection. These combination and non-combination motor starters are ideal for use in indoor, outdoor, wet, or corrosive environments where hazardous materials are handled or stored. The AEB explosionproof, dust-ignitionproof, waterproof motor starters and contactors are designed with a precision machined flame path between the box and the cover. An O-ring gasket is provided to seal out moisture, dust, oil, dirt etc. They accept Cutler-Hammer or Square D motor starters/circuit breakers, and the components are mounted on a galvanized steel removable pan. They feature an external stainless steel breaker operating handle, bolt on slotted mounting feet, stainless steel, captive Quad-Lead® cover bolts, four-point control terminal block, and standard outlets at the top and the bottom.
